Sergei Goreslavskiy, deputy head of ‘Rosoboronexport’ said that Russia and India were negotiating localization of manufacturing the T-90MS tanks as well as upgrading Russian-made military equipment.
“There are many subjects of negotiations, we have a project of launching the T-90MS production here”, — Goreslavskiy said at the Defexpo India-2016.
