A secured communication system, which will link over 1000 military industrial complex enterprises, is being developed in Russia by the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation.
Some state agencies, for instance Defense ministry as well as Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, are going to be included in it.
“The system is designed for high-speed and protected classified data transmission including ‘top-secret’ information”, — the UIMC’s message says.
The project will be carried out in 2 stages. The first stage, i.e. linking over 250 enterprises into a single system, is going to be finished before the end of 2016.
The system supports all modes of data transferring which are necessary at modern enterprises: VoIP, cellular communications, video-conferencing, trusted email and remote access to information sources. The system is going to be implemented at such military-industrial enterprises as UAC, Uralvagonzavod, Russian Helicopters UIMC and others.
