Yan Novikov, head of the ‘Almaz Antey’ defense holding, has presented Vladimir Putin with a symbolic gift – master copy of the ‘Nebo’ radar locator, while at the Nizhny Novgorod plant, which produces the S-400, S-500 and ‘Vityaz’ missile systems.
During the visit, the president observed the adjustment process of the S-400 launching systems and radar systems testing, including anechoic facility to adjust antenna’s performance under conditions of complete sound insulation.
